We supply Heavy Duty Plastic Pallets for tough industrial and warehousing applications.
Our Heavy Duty Plastic Pallets can be either Two-Way or Four Way.
These Pallets are capable of withstanding heavy loads of up to 6000kg.
Two-Way Heavy Duty Plastic Pallets come with three long Anti Skid Runners (Legs) running along the lenth or width of the Pallet and are ideally suited for racking purpose.
Four Way Heavy Duty Plastic Pallets have nine cubical legs and offer the convenience of Four-Way Universal Entry.
These Pallets also know are reinforced with Steel & P.U. Foam for a higher Mechanical Strength and Load Bearing Capacity.
Plastic pallets are widely appreciated for their durability, hygiene, and long-term value. Made from materials like HDPE or PP, plastic pallets are resistant to moisture, chemicals, rot, and pests.
This makes them ideal for industries with high hygiene standards such as food processing, pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, and electronics.
Their non-porous surfaces are easy to clean and sanitize, which helps prevent contamination.
Furthermore, plastic pallets maintain uniform size and shape, making them compatible with automated handling systems and conveyors—something wooden pallets can struggle with due to warping or inconsistent dimensions.
Additionally, plastic pallets are lighter than wooden pallets, which reduces transportation costs and manual handling effort.
Safety is another key benefit: plastic pallets do not have sharp edges, splinters, or protruding nails, minimizing workplace injury risks. For businesses engaged in international shipping, plastic pallets offer a major advantage by being exempt from ISPM-15 regulations.
Unlike wood, they do not require fumigation or heat treatment to prevent pest transmission, simplifying the export process. While the initial cost of plastic pallets is higher, they tend to offer better return on investment over time due to their longer lifespan and reusability.
Even when used, plastic pallets maintain structural integrity better than used wooden ones and are also 100% recyclable, supporting sustainability goals and reducing landfill waste.
On the other hand, wooden pallets remain a popular and practical choice, particularly for businesses that prioritize low initial costs and short-term use.
They are significantly cheaper upfront compared to plastic pallets, making them suitable for one-way shipping or operations where pallets are unlikely to be returned.
Wood is a naturally strong material, and wooden pallets can support heavy static loads at a relatively low cost.
Another major benefit is ease of repair—if a wooden pallet is damaged, it can often be fixed with basic tools and replacement planks, extending its life without major expense.
Wood is also biodegradable, and damaged pallets can be repurposed or recycled into other wood products. In regions where pallet recovery is difficult or where shipments are sent to unpredictable destinations, the affordability of wooden pallets makes them the preferred option.
Moreover, wooden pallets are widely available and have been the industry standard for decades, so many warehouses and freight handlers are accustomed to using them.
However, it’s important to note that wood does come with some disadvantages: it can absorb moisture, leading to mold, odors, and potential product damage.
Wooden pallets are also prone to splinters, nail pops, and insect infestation, and they are heavier than their plastic counterparts, which can increase freight costs and handling difficulty.
